Hello, my name is Marquia Lewis. I am a freelance self-taught makeup artist residing in the D(M)V Baltimore area. I have been doing makeup professionally for 3 years now. I started doing make-up on myself , co-workers and friends for special events. Initially, I was intimidated to start my own business with fears of not having enough experience. New Year's of 2013, I decided to take my craft to the next level and there has been no turning back ever since. In August of 2014, I took a one on one makeup class with well-known celebrity makeup artist Renny Vasquez. This experience gave me the confidence that I needed to invest in myself and continue to flourish in the makeup industry. My work has been recognized on social media outlets by several well-known makeup artists: Renny Vasquez, Alexandra Bond (themuaalex), AJ Crimson and Keita Moore (kilprity).
